Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Zentus & Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

  • We specialize in Wix Studio web development, AI integrations, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and multilingual websites for international clients.

  • The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a proposal or contract before work begins.

2. Project Process

  • Work begins once we receive required information, content, and initial payment(25%).

  • Any additional features or changes requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement (e.g., milestone-based or upfront).

  • All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the stated deadlines.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Maintenance & Support

  • Free Maintenance: We provide 1 month of free maintenance after project delivery. This includes:

    • Fixing bugs or errors.

    • Minor content updates.

    • Ensuring site functionality remains stable.

  • Ongoing Maintenance (Post 1 Month): After the free period, we offer optional monthly maintenance packages charged at 5% of the total project cost per month.

    • This covers security updates, subscription of platform, minor design/content edits, and monitoring.

    • Larger redesigns or new feature requests will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information required for the project.

  • You must not use our services or delivered websites for unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and development will be transferred to you.

  • We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

  • We may use third-party tools, plugins, or AI integrations as part of our service.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver error-free, secure websites, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats or technical failures.

  • Zentus & Co. is not liable for business losses, data breaches caused by third parties, or misuse of the website after delivery.

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • In the event of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INDIA].

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
